In 1994, he founded Sik Puppy Studios, a 3D animation company that made waves with its groundbreaking work on Basic Football (starring Burt Reynolds), which featured the earliest fully animated 3D people. As Creative Director, Neil produced projects including 3D animation, video production, video game design, holographic presentations, and more.
in 2004, Neil founded Red Anvil, a tech company that quickly became a market leader in cloud computing. Under his leadership as CEO, the company received multiple "Future Fifty" awards and achieved massive revenue growth, culminating in its acquisition by Cosentry/TierPoint in 2015.
At Offworld, Neil brings his expertise in business, technology and 3D animation to the world of virtual production.

Christopher is a veteran commercial and music video producer with a successful career at top-level production companies such as Radical Media, Anonymous Content, and RSA USA. He has produced content for leading brands including Microsoft, Sony, Apple, Procter and Gamble, and Mattel.

Christopher is a veteran commercial and music video producer with a successful career at top-level production companies such as Radical Media, Anonymous Content, and RSA USA. He has produced content for leading brands including Microsoft, Sony, Apple, Procter and Gamble, and Mattel.
In 2009, Christopher took over as CEO of Draw Pictures, an LA production company, and ran the company successfully for seven years. After merging with Crossroads Films, he continued on as an executive producer on top commercial brands.
Recently, Christopher served as a freelance virtual producer at Hyperreal, where he produced the highly acclaimed virtual concert for Notorious BIG's "Sky's the Limit" inside Meta. He has also worked at Scheme Engine, an in-house production company for Jay-Z's Roc Nation, where he produced commercials, music videos, branded content, and live concert captures.
